Amity’s Wound Management Program Policy and Procedure Manual Awarded “CHAP VERIFIED” Seal

Amity Healthcare Group has developed a Wound Management Program policy and procedure manual intended to support the requirements of the CHAP Wound Care Disease Program Certification that is based upon a program’s organizational structure and standardized processes that will lead to providing high-quality care to wound care patients and incorporating the standardized clinical evidence-based guidelines approved and utilized throughout the organization.

This manual will help guide organizations seeking CHAP Wound Care Disease Program Certification to adopt suggested policies and procedures to their specific circumstances and to provide staff members with training, education, and competency related to the standards
